Cost Apartment LandlordsThousands in Wasted Money
Do you know what a good rental advertisement looks like? If you were looking through a book of ads, a stack of flyers or browsing through classified ads, would you know what a good ad looks like? Could you list the important ingredients of a successful ad?
I am constantly amazed and shocked at all the poor advertising I see. Whether it is flyers, banners, apartment for rent magazine ads, classified ads, brochures, signs, or whatever, I’m absolutely floored. For every 50 rental ads I see, I might stumble across one good ad.

I am going to review the top 5 most common advertising mistakes. These mistakes are everywhere. To make it more helpful, grab one of those fancy apartment rent magazines and have one handy as we go through these 5 mistakes.
