Norman Chang, CEO Chairman/Founder

In 1987, Norman Chang founded InveServe, Inc. with the goal of providing superior property management services. Today, that goal has resulted in aggregate portfolio experience of $800 Million in real estate value. InveServe currently manages over 4000 residential and commercial tenants for local owners and investors abroad. The success and popularity of InveServe, Inc. quickly grew as institutions and individual owners realized the unparallel level of service and devotion the "InveServe Mentality" gave to their asset.

Norman acts as the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Managing Broker for the company overseeing as staff of 16 executives in the corporate office, 10 maintenance professionals in the maintenance division and 55 resident managers throughout Southern California.

From 1997-2004, Norman received renowned recognition for repositioning the 64 suites historic trophy hotel, St. James Club to one of the most popular and talked about filming, lodging and dining location in Los Angeles known as the "The Argyle." The successful repositioning and intense PR campaign program lead to branding "The Argyle" as a household name amongst many stars and home of many celebrities during their stay in Los Angeles. Consequently, The Argyle hosted high profile events such as the Grammy Award Party, received over 200 new articles and news releases issued, and was selected in the "Top Ten Small Luxurious Metropolitan Hotel" by Conde ness.

Despite ownership in numerous multi-unit residential investments, Norman currently is owner/partner of the Doubletree Hotel LAX formerly the Doubletree Club, another repositioning projected which received monumental success by increasing occupancy by 35% within a twelve month period. In addition, the successful project remodeling and cosmetic upgrade brought the project listed at 137 of the 150 some Doubletree brand into one of the "top ten" in the country by Hilton brand survey.

Norman graduated from Seattle University, with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration, major in Accounting. From 1977-2001, Norman served on the Cathay Bank Advisory Board. In 2002, Norman served on the InterBusiness Bank, Board of Directors. Norman is an active member of West San Gabriel Board of Realtors, National of Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. Norman currently resides lives in South Pasadena and enjoys skiing, Harley Davidson's motorcycles, and spending time with his two sons.
