Steps required once you have been approved to lease a unit:

Activate your AppFolio tenant portal (via invitation email).

Review and sign the lease agreement.

Pay security deposit and the first month’s rent to your onsite manager, in person at the main office located at 812 W. Las Tuna Dr San Gabriel CA, 91776. Online Payments are also available through your tenant portal account.

Fill out the Move-In Verification form and email it to ap@inveserve.com. Download a copy of the Move-In Verification here.

Call the office at (626) 458-3435 to arrange key pick-up.
